This paper aims to identify the social responsibility dimensions of Tadhamon International Islamic Bank (TIIB) in Yemen by using Dusuki and Dar (2005) model.   The model assesses the social responsibility dimensions of TIIB in four aspects: environment, philanthropy, human resource and human rights. By analyzing the data collected from the annual reports of TIIB for the last six years (2005-2010), the findings indicate that TIIB has remarkable expenditures on philanthropy such as those relating to society services, health projects and social projects. However, the revenue of the bank to pay for these expenditures also came from sources that are prohibited by Shari’ah. Meanwhile, for the human resource dimension, TIIB shows high interest for its people specifically on safety, knowledge, training, and promotion.  However, the company underplays the environment and human rights issues pertaining to the human resource dimension. Future researchers can extend this study to assess the  Islamic banks in other predominant Muslim countries by using the same model
