The editors of JEEIR are serious in maintaining high ethical standards in the publication of articles in the journal. The editorial board does not tolerate any act of plagiarism, fraud and any form of misconduct in academic publication. It is the editorial board’s responsibility to ensure that the quality of research undertaken by authors is in compliance with high ethical standards. The editors also comply with the code of conduct and best practices for journal editors as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The document combines the original COPE Guidelines from 1999, the Code of Conduct developed in 2003, and the Best Practice Guidelines developed in 2007 with a revision in 2011.
Action will be taken against any author, reviewer or editor found to be in non-compliance with the above code of conduct
